Westerly Apartments – Lakewood Assisted Living

We are proud to have been a part of the complete renovation which took place at this 8 & 14 Floor apartment high rise which took place for buildings I & II.

Precision Mechanical, Inc. updated their domestic hot water boilers, and storage tanks, heating boilers, Hallway Make-up air units, elevator room heating and ventilation, AC units for each room, as well as baseboard heating for each room, and room exhaust. Included in this renovation was a unique heat recovery system to aid in the energy savings of this facility.
