The Ritz Carlton

The Ritz Carlton in downtown Cleveland, Ohio had a problem and we had a solution - how to get new fresh air intake heating and cooling units on their 14th-floor roof without shutting the surrounding streets down to use a highly priced crane. We took on the task of removing three very large heat pumps piece by piece through stairways and elevators. We designed new gas-fired systems and installed new make up air units one section at a time that not only does the job to bring comfort to guest's hallways, but is energy-efficient.
